I will get you some better pict but the frame is rusted and broken at the lower pivot point.

will get pictures of damage today, but one wheel may have to be replaced that is why I was selling them so cheap. The rest just need polishing and will look good

here is a pict of the damaged wheel. I would not use it myself but it might hold. i would replace the one and use the other 3
