04 Yukon Heat Stuck On

Ok guys and gals, I'm stumped.
2004 Yukon with the drivers side heat stuck on. I've replaced the climate control module (digital dual zone) twice and 2 blend door actuators. I've done the recalibration process countless times and I still only have heat on the drivers side. The passenger side adjusts just fine. I've left the actuator out so I can just turn the blend door by hand so I know that it hasn't fallen down. I'm stumped and tired of constant 90 degree heat.

I believe with yours there is 3 actuator for blend doors. Maybe the one you didn't change is the culprit. I hated messing with those buggers.
