What to do... 91 2500-silverado with 39,000 miles

Having trouble deciding what to do. Purchased this baby (beast) last year from the parish I work at for $50.00, business manager decided they were going to scrap it because it wasn't running and needed work. Ended up being the temp. sensor that was purchased for $8.00 to get it running. Best part it had only 30,000 miles (now 39,000) since it has lived its life on campus as a plow truck.

Thinking about doing some work to it, taking plow off, has typical rust spots, tailgate has been replaced with aftermarket, fender and door dented when music minister drove it thru corner of garage.

Looks like crap under hood, wasn't to well taken care of by previous maintenance crew and sat in wet damp garage when not in use.

Leave it and let it "patina" with dents? replace fender door etc. and repaint for daily driver? Rebuild since low miles and use to show (no trailer queen, they're made to drive..)?

X2 I would keep the plow! Illinois winters have to be worse than here in Ohio!
Tell you what, I'll just give you $100 for it to make it easy on you!

With the weather were having this year leaving the plow on is an option, driveway can barely fit this truck with the plow on and our burban in it, so really no need. Going to take plow off and see how it looks with it off, may just redo fender door and tailgate. Interior is great except radio noise and the need to order headliner because of the inevitable sagging.
