Five to six lug?

I have a 71/72 SWB C10 frame. Someone rolled a 6 lug posi in the rear. I have a bunch of the 15x8 6 lug four nub steel wheels (none for sale) and was thinking I could convert my front disk five lug to six lug. Seems bassackwards but has anyone done this? I know companies make 6 lug rotors but am unsure if I could simply swap out rotors.
