Post Doing a poll on my 72

I will be painting my 72 a nice shade of Chevy orange in the coming weeks. My question to you is, do you think it will look better with a black grille and bumper with chrome light bezels, kinda like this pic.

Or
Should I piant the entire front end Orange , kinda like this

Or should I just go chrome everything

I would have a chrome bumper, chrome headlight bezels, chrome outer grill and then paint the inner grill as black as you can!

Do the grill surround and bezels black and chrome like they should be, and paint the grill either black inside the cutouts with chrome on the front, or orange with black on the front.

Make sure the bezels and outer grille are chrome with black eyeliner (see Dion's yet another stupid poll ). Either way with the inner grille (black or silver) would look fine. I don't like the look of matching body color on the inner grille.

I prefer all the chrome I can get....But, I am a big fan of classic semi trucks. It's your truck, do what makes you happy, maybe chrome bumper and outer grill, then paint the inner orange, that would look pretty cool imo.

I agree with Alex, I don't care for the grill or bumper being painted like the truck. Chrome is a bueatiful thing! I've been thinking of doing what brennecke mentioned, black with chrome on the front of the egg-crate, untill I can set aside enough for the Trenz billet grill.

I've seen that several times (black on the insides and chrome on the face), and I like the look. How is it done?
