Hi-Flow 6.2/6.5 Cooling Parts

125gpm water pump. GM went from 85gpm to 125 in '96 or '97. Earlier truck will benefit from this upgrade. I installed this on a '95 for just a couple months before going to a complete new engine from Peninsular Marine that was l ready set up with the improved cooling. Very lightly used... $50 shipped

Dual thermostat housing. This is a Penninsular Marine custom part. Allows for great flow past the thermostat. Every little bit helps. Same thing, was installed with water pump listed above, then went to completely new upgraded 300hp engine........... $50 shipped

I'd give a break on both bought together

I have other leftover diesel parts from this era. I know I have a 6.5 fuel filter/separator set-up that mounts to back of engine. Great upgrade for square body 6.2s with problematic firewall mount.......... $25 shipped

I know I have the fan off my old '91 Suburban 6.2. Ex Cond........ $50 shipped

If someone wants it all I'll give a killer deal. I accept postal money order. Thanks!

Re: Hi-Flow 6.2/6.5 Cooling Parts

I think pictures might help here. I'm heading out today, but next week will post some pics. This is good upgrade stuff with low use for cheap. I also have a set of Hi-Pop injectors w/very little use (couple months) and misc 6.2/6.5 parts left over. Now it's looking like I may end up with my son's '86 CUCV Blazer, so back into the 6.2 diesels if that happens

They are for 6.5. I believe they are from Diesel Pro, IIRC.

Re: Hi-Flow 6.2/6.5 Cooling Parts

Can you send me or post some pictures of the dual thermostat housing? Interested but I have an odd accessory arrangement and like to make sure it may fit. Thanks

If easier to email or text photos pm me and I’ll give you that information

Thanks

Re: Hi-Flow 6.2/6.5 Cooling Parts

I can get my hands on it and take a picture, no problem. It is a modification, spout exits different. It may do just what you need. We'll see.

Re: Hi-Flow 6.2/6.5 Cooling Parts

Yes. The thermostat cover is in a crate separate from the housing and I need to locate that. That's why I let this post slide. I can start looking again. Actually never got around to looking so may not e hard to find.

Re: Hi-Flow 6.2/6.5 Cooling Parts

I am interested in the water pump, injectors, thermostat housing and fuel filter for sure. I'll pass on the fan but am also interested in your other stuff. I'm up in Canada so If you will ship up here I think we could work something out. I'm in no rush if you need some time to locate your parts
