I will post pics later, but I went to SoKy Classics and got a core support, inner grille, and dash pad today!! And then the motor blew in that bastard sumb%$# buick on the way home, but I coasted on to my road, and pushed it the rest of the way. Dang, I'm tired!

Apparently these motors have a problem with the PLASTIC intake, that lets water into the motor and ruins it.

Oh, well, it worked for a while.

Wow, I'm away from the board for a couple days and you're making all kinda progress. Looking good -- I like the headers, and I'm real curious to see how the brush-on coating works out for you. Sorry about your grandma-mobile; I have pushed a Buick a time or two myself

Thanks. We have been busy. Poor ol' Buick. I knew that intake was a problem, but not really worth fixing on a car with 170k miles. It started missing a while back, I thought it was a coill pack, but apparently it was more serious than that
