I totally agree, it's great looking but I'm not sure it is worth that. I guess he can prove me wrong with some bids.

Re: Blazer on Ebay

I cancelled my bid for 39500.00 after I read the fine print!!!

(Personalized, enclosed delivery available for a small additional fee.)

It should come delivered by the "Girls Next Door"

Re: Blazer on Ebay

No bids yet - I wonder why.

I'll just build mine, thanks. So far, I haven't spent 10% of his starting bid.

IMO he doesn't really want to sell it, just testing the waters.

Re: Blazer on Ebay

Maybe after the home refinance craze of 2005-2006 was still going on he might have gotten $20,000. But now everyone is broke again! Plus that truck is not close to stock, which for 4x4s you can usually get more for!

Re: Blazer on Ebay

My nephew kept asking me to sell him my Blazer after I got it running (too lazy to build one, I guess). I finally told him OK, I'd sell it for $25,000. Maybe this guy's wife is bugging him to sell it.

Maybe set the reserve for $15K and go from there.

For that kind of price with that kind of "mixture" of parts, I'd be looking for over-drive personally.

Has no CST emblems, body moulding or rear gate trim either.

Looks to be nicely done but some details were either 'chosen' to be left out or ignored all together.

Re: Blazer on Ebay

I agree that he made a mistake with a 20k opening bid. I understand him wanting to scare off deadbeat bidders, but the end result is he scares off all bidders.

Despite the him not restoring it with 100% accuracy, I still see it's potential to go above 20k if the auction wasn't dorked to start with.

Dorked from the get go...

20K is a big number, not convinced this one has what it takes but time will tell.
