thinking about dropping my truck with a 3/5 drop from ece
just getting the rear 5'' drop kit and cutting the fronts

could i go with the rear 6" drop kit and still be able to cut the springs to a 4" drop?
or will i need different springs for the front?
or spindles i don't have disk and don't have to money to spend on new disk brakes.
will it bottom out on the frame if i don't c notch?

Here is an old pict of my truck with 3/5 drop cut springs and 5 inch in the rear...It rode like crap specially in the front the back was just fine.

cutting the springs on anything will decrease ride quality by a long shot, especially over time.

one full coil is generally 2. I have had alot of trucks with front cut springs and the all road great

Yeah as long as I get drop shocks It should be alright is what Im thinking I'll be fine
So can I cut one and a half and have the spring seat right?
Any pictures of a longbed or short with a 3/5 on 15inch rims

The truck would hit hard whenever you hit a bump and it was very bouncy..

18x8 and 20x10

Occasionally I can hear the front tires chirp on the inner fenders when I hit a large dip in the road at higher speeds. It is probably the outer part of the front tires hitting the outer part of the inner fender. The rear has bottomed out when I had about 1000 pounds of stuff in the bed. I don't have a c-notch but would like to do one with bags one day. Overall I hardly ever bottom out. I was real suprised considering how low I went. I was expecting more bottoming out than has happened.

235/70's and 275/60's, and yes they are 15x8 rallies. I like them better bare than with the beauty rings.
