Just Wondering If Anyone Has Made The Brackets To Relocate The Rear Shocks To The Outside Of The Frame. Did An 8 Inch Drop and Want Some Exhaust Clearance.

I Know Some Companys Make Them But Im Sure I Can Make Them Way Cheaper. Thanks

No limits shock relocater is the best out there hands down. I have the CCP adjustable bar on mine also. I can't come up with any reason why a bar can be any better than another other than it being a true adjustable bar which CCP bar isn't. It's adjustable only before you install it not afterwards.

Just a Bit Overpriced In My Opinion And Seen a Few Pics Where Members Posted Pictures Of The Bottom Bracket Slightly Bending...

I Am Sure I Can Make One With Some Angle Iron And Gonna Try My Hand At It.. Thanks Guys

Mines been on for about 5 years now. No problems so far.

If you buy a track bar make sure it has the left/right threads on both ends for adjusting it after you install it. The CCP bar and most others you have to get the frame and axle lined up first then put the bar in.
Once it's in place it's not adjustable unless you take it back off.

I'm curious if you can describe how much of a difference this kit makes. Is it really worth doing the conversion? I understand that the geometry is much better this way, but does it translate into better driveability?

I took my rear sway bar off because it interfered with the shocks. I had a Camaro bar on it. I have never reinstalled it. The truck dosen't need it.

i took the stock bracket and cut off the angled part that the shock bolts to. wanted to safe the part that has holes in it for u bolts to go thru. then took some 3 inch wide steel 1/4 inch thick and welded it to the u bolt bracket. some playing around to get shock to fit with no bind. end up with slight bend at end where shock bolts on. once every thing is fitted and aligned nice then full weld and grind off excess and round corners so you have no sharp edges. put in gusset to strengthen. paint it black. hope that helps. think there is a link here in search to show you to. i used a press to flatten bracket where u bolt goes thru. guess i will start cleaning under side now i see how dirty it has gotten.

all so you use the left side on the right and right side for left.
