how do you mount wood behind seat

I need to build a panel or box for 6x9 and amp but was wondering how you guys are mounting it behind the seat,I,m sure your not screwing through the back cab

need a little more info. What kind of truck do you have? Generally you find out how much space you need for the speaker, how much space you have, and build a box out of mdf

When you take the tank out there are tabs you can attach to.
