the 71 SWB i picked up for $200 from a local farmer.
It had been sitting for 14 years and had no motor in it.

I saw in LMC's catalog they have wheel well mouldings that look pretty close to those, if they are the same I may have to get them for my truck as well

No. The 67/68's had a painted top bar, which is unique to those years because of the "sloped-nose" hood. See pic below.

Turns out they are the LMC ones.... My wife had a little oops in the truck & wiped out the drivers side of the box on a post (long story - apparently it is my fault)

Anyhow, I had to order new pieces & figured I'd try the LMC ones as they looked close - turns out they are the same ones (though the one I took off had a different part number than the new one)
