We're going, but prolly just for the day. If the boys come with us, which they probably will, we'll be in the van. Any other locals going up for just Saturday?

It's called golf because all the other four letter words were taken.

we're driving up Fri afternoon. Me and my son is going to drive the 71 up and the wife is bringing the 96 burb with my daughter. Maybe we will find the 71 a new home while we're there.

Does anyone who is going need a choice freshly rebuilt tilt truck column? I have decided to put a 700r4 in my street truck with a floor shifter so I will just modify a van column instead of the truck column.

The show is finally HERE! I have spoken with tnchev and he said Saturday was good for him for us to come over. I told him that I will call him around 9:00am to get directions to his place. He has a post on the board that he has about 23 67-72 parts trucks. I will be leaving today(Thursday) so if anybody wants to go, look for me at Tim's set-up.

Got back a while ago, great trucks! Got to speak with Tim, but only for a short time.

Anybody else that was at Tim's around 3 - 3:30 pm sorry I didn't speak up... my kids were ready to go before we even got to the back where Tim was set-up. Look forward to meeting everybody... and actually talking... next time

Got back this afternoon. Quick trip, had to get back kids had ballgames. Did get to meet a few board members and Tim Christian. Saw some nice trucks Saturday morning. Wish I could have stuck around longer. Maybe next year.

Tim, Nice to meet you. Thanks for the invite to dinner, maybe I will make it next time.

Had a good time, would liked to have seen a little less rain.
Did have a long wait in traffic on I24 tring to get back home on Sunday. North bound lane was stoped for 4-5 miles and south was stop and go/idle for about the same distance. (67 GMC, last I checked was not any details on the driver)

Show has a 3 page spread in the Oct, 2004 edition of Truckin'. I get mailed copy, so don't think it is on the stands yet.
If you had a truck there you may want to check it out.
No pic's of your set up Tim C, or of your son's truck. Can see the tip of a hood that is dark, might be fast71's but did not remember you being parked in that section of the parking lot???

Hey Tim Christian. Long time no see. Are you going to be able to make to any of the last couple of Somernites Cruises this year? If not, I need to get up with you and order some things anyway. Need a bunch of stuff again to replace what my body man lost or tore up for me. Thanks, Stephen
