WIW: 60-66 BBW glass and panel for conversion

I've got a guy wanting to buy glass and interior panel (for sbw to bbw conversion) out of a cab I have, and I'm wanting to get a fair price out of it. Any difference between I pull/he pulls? I wouldn't mind letting him pay, then screw it up his way. Thanks. I searched everywhere and couldn't find a good ballpark price.
