1966 C10 Long-step

1966 Chevy C10 Long Bed Stepside. Older frame-off restoration. Originally an Arizona truck.

Engine: 250 straight six. Rebuilt and never fired. Have receipts.

Transmission: Richmond Gear 5-speed. 3.27:1 first gear. 1:1 fifth. About 12k miles on xmsn.

Rear: 12-bolt from '71 C10 (5-lug axles). Completely rebuilt with new Richmond 3.07 gears, new bearings, and new Auburn cone-clutch posi. About 12k miles on rear.

Brakes: Fronts are '71 C10 discs. Rears are stock drums.

Suspension: All new everything. Front and rear Addco sway bars.

Frame: Sandblasted and painted with etching primer and Imron top coat.

Body: Taken down to bare metal and painted apart. GM Arctic White. All new weatherstripping. All new wiring harnesses. Custom instrument panel. Door handles/cranks and emblems are powder coated. Oak bedwood with stainless strips. Lots of stainless hardware. New tinted windshield. Sliding rear window. Includes aluminum bed cap.

Have spare drive shaft, cowl panel and automatic steering column. Many small parts. Shop manuals.

The doors and rocker panels have a little rust. Sell the six, drop in a small block (no front spring change), and you will have a tire fryer with easy highway cruising in 5th gear.

Not running/driving. Bring a trailer...

Asking $8,500.00
