pulled some of the front suspension off and removed the steering box to check for cracks

wire brushed the frame where the steering box mounts and die checked it for cracks. Sure enough I had one and believe this might be where I was hearing a popping noise in the front end while flexed

Drilled the cracks and welded them up. Got these steering box support brackets from roughcountry.com when I ordered the lift.

Painted it and bolted the steering box back into place. I didnt get any pictures of it but I pulled the rotor to change out wheel bearings on this side and rebuilt the hubs for both sides.
