I recently had a seat shipped from Minnesota to WV the cost was $125 it was shipped using Fastenal, the seat back was folded forward and the seat was standing on a end. It was secured with old seat belts screwed to the pallets. Arrived safe and quickly.

Shipping is pricey, I don't know if its worth it to ship it cross country.

Not sure if I can get the rear seat mounting brackets off, will give it a try this afternoon.
