'66 C60 Starter

I have a '66 C60 that has had the motor changed to a small block 400.
It has the original trans and bell housing but still has the old style starter that has the 3 bolts in the bell housing.
The starter is weak and I like to change it out for one of the new gear reduction starters you can buy online.
Since the block has the two bolt holes for the starter will it bolt up ok?
It should have the 168 tooth flywheel.

A while back I added a starter relay so that the current for the starter solenoid doesn't have to run throught the ignition switch any more. That helped a lot when the engine was hot.
