Need help. Fan hitting shroud.

I recently took a cab, dog house and drivetrain from an 87 R10 longbed and put on an 85 shortbed C10 frame. I have put on all new engine mounts, trans mount and new body mounts. The fan is hitting the bottom of the fan shroud pretty bad. I believe I had the wrong trans mount on so I replaced it with the correct mount which helped lower the rear of trans a 1/4 inch and in return raising the fan but still making contact. There is probably 3-4" of clearance between top of fan and the shroud up on top. It is a 4.3 with three speed automatic. Not sure where to look now. Are there any parts that would be specific to the v6 other than the engine frame stands which I swapped over since they are different from the v8 stands. Body lines all match up good so I can't see body mounts being an issue. I'm just lost on what to look at next.

Re: Need help. Fan hitting shroud.

What is weird is it only hits on two of the blades of the fan. All the rest are very close to hitting but don't. It is all on the lower driver's side of the shroud. Plenty of room on the lower passenger side of shroud. Maybe I'll order a new fan and see if that changes anything.

Does the truck have a body lift?

Nope. It's actually lowered.

How about a better overall picture instead of the pic of a fan blade. Pan out some showing the complete engine in relation to the radiator
