Rear blazer speaker

I wanted to confirm whether or not this is a factory rear speaker. It's wired all the way to the factory radio. I have never seen one but heard they did come with one as a rarer option.

Not that I've seen. I suspect this is aftermarket.

I though so at first too. I found the wires were loomed with the top lights. All looked factory and untouched.

I doubt that it is a GM factory item. Would make a good bird bath when the top was off in a rain storm.
