need advice on window regulator adjustment

Hey guys , so I read ALL of the threads and watched ALL of the videos on replacing window regulators. I successfully tackled it but when the window is all the way up it is pretty hard for the first few inches when rolling down the drivers side. What, if any adjustments can be made to "loosen" it up? Everything is well greased, I am sure the same thing was happening with the regulator i took out and that is why it ended up stripping the gears in that area. I think i will loosen up the rear guide and see if that does the trick and if so simply enlarge the holes to adjust.

Is all of your weatherstrip in the track properly? There isn’t an adjustment for the regulator. It sounds like something isn’t lined up properly.

What Jesse said. If everything else is right, then seems to me the regulator is bad.

Thanks for the responses. Looks like everything is in place but i will take a look at it a little closer today and see if I can see anything that doesn't look right.
