Upgrade or downgrade?

I traded in my 2017 1500 with 17k miles today for a 2012 2500HD with 96k miles. I feel like a winner, I have a truck again. No more wifi/computer/gizmos, and I can actually tow a loaded trailer with some safety factor without squatting. The 1500 hp/torque/trailer rating was great on paper but didnít really get the job done. I added helper springs and leveling kit but both made noises I wasnít ok with. Had them checked out and was told I installed everything fine. No more half tons for me. Anyway Iím happy with my purchase and wanted to share.

Re: Upgrade or downgrade?

Love the color on your 17 one, but yeah it is nice to have a gadget-less free ( or at least very minimal) truck.

Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift.
Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God!
It's scary when you start making the same noises as your coffee maker.
