What 6 lug center caps are these, and what truck did they come on?

Ok so I picked up 6 of these center caps at a yard sale today. 4 of them are like the one pictured, 2 of them have no center emblem. Thought they would fit my truck rallies, but there's no mounting holes on these caps. Also, the cap does not fit over the stock lugnuts. The lug holes in the cap are too small. The only numbers I can find are 714031-0000

I have been searching for over 2 hours now, and haven't found any info about these caps. Anyone know what they are for?

I looked today, and it seems that the only way to make this work would be to get new lug nuts. I don't want to spend hours at the parts store trying to find a lug nut that will both work with the caps and my wheels, so I've decided to attempt to sell these and just go with the factory ones that bolt on. Probably going to buy some repops since finding a set of originals will be hard to do
