Lower Radiator Hose

What did you do for your lower Radiator hose. ?

I got a flex hose 15” long x 1.5” on one side and 1.75” on the other. It is kinked on both sides, this won’t work.

This is a major compound angle from the engine to the radiator with the vertical distance spring line to spring line is 6”.
Traveling from the engine => 1.5” diameter outlet on engine 90 down, then 22deg at 3o-clock, then. 22deg back at 9o-clock, then 90deg at 11o-clock to 1-3/4” radiator bottom (this is confusing)

I used the LS install Kit from CPP ant all fit has gone considerably well I am working on a 1963 GMC for my daughter

I am curious if my best bet is to make a SS pipe from 1.5” to 1.75” then just use short hoses to connect to the engine and radiator ?

Re: Lower Radiator Hose

That's what I would do.
