Are these rotors available for 73-87 trucks? If so, what about rear discs?

Thanks

These rotors will fit your 73-87 truck,... as long as it has 1.25" wide rotors on it now.
As far as the rear disc rotors,... I would check the two compaines listed above.
Both have websites.

Won't fit: mine is an 86 with the 1" thick rotors.

Then you will need to change spindles, bearings, etc or change your choice of wheels.

The CPP Modular drop spindle and 13" brake kit can be made for any bolt pattern. We also have a conversion kit for drum brake spindles that uses a car 5 on 4-3/4 bolt pattern. We can only do the rear disc as 5 on 4-3/4 with a 12" rotor.
