are they a lil crooked? i need to do this swap how longs it take 1-2hr

I'll eventually get the brake pedal that matches or just take the chrome off of the gas pedal. They all are slanted /. 1-2 hrs depending on how you do it.

I like the fact that it was a nice truck to start with but it's so much more w/the simple details items & corrections made where necessary (5-crimps on one wire??; those rear coils??; the cheesy looking fuel cell & batt placement).

Excellent work on this one!

Thanks Scoti. It's been a fun truck to just "update" and not have to go through the whole restoration process. Someday maybe Ill be able to talk Nate into building me a custom chassis, but right now I love driving it as it is.

I finished the pedal upgrade. I used a extra Lokar cable I had laying aroujnd instead of using the 71/72 factory one. It worked a little better with the supercharger setup.

, Unfortunately that's the only color they offered, and for the price I couldn't pass it up.

Thanks for the length. One question though, is the stated cable length from end to end of the cable or the sleeve?

I'm not sure hgs. You might want to give Lokar a call. I know they offer a 36" one also.

Maybe they'll give me a job, I'm not having much luck anywhere else,.

OK, well my small pedal project project has turned into an engine compartment "remodel". I've wanted to move some stuff around for a while, I guess now is as good of time as any....

Thanks! I've finally got everything back together, but I'm still playing with my pedal setup. I also ordered an all new fuel setup that should be able to handle the demand of the S/C. I should have that installed by next week. Also, I had these wheels "laying around" and thought I would bolt them on to see how they look. What da ya think???? :D

I like the wheels!
Even though I think the grey centered version would fit that truck better.
(Time to place another order,...)

Your probably right, hard choice though. I'm suprised they bolted right up. I thought the hubs would have needed to be ground..... I would put another order in, but I'm worried that they won't get it right......

Do they make those wheels wide enough to fill out those rear fender wells? ;)

They do offer some wide ones, but..... only offer them w/back-spacing set-up for narrowed rear ends. That's the downfall on cheaper wheels (very limited BS selection).

Those don't look too bad. The steelies look better though ;) .

I know what you're saying. There's just to many choices! Here's a comparison of tires. Definitely a difference, but the Coys/BFGs have a 12" tread width. I thinking I'm leaning towards the grey ones instead of the polished ones....
