Nothing more fustrating then have to remove a part and having pay or waste gas to send the part back then, hoping they take the part back.

I almost went to ECE or McGaullys for my parts. McGaullys at the time did not list prices, just the parts. ECE was my first choice, but then I tried to put a kit together and save money. All I did was cause myself frustration.

But you learn from the first project, and talking to each other on how to and how not to do.

This is the mess thats under my paint. Driver door.
Using airplane striper, I pealed away first the bondo, then primer to see the bare metal. Like pealing off house paint.

I think I am going to keep that seat. I'll let you have the 69's seat if you want. It is not as nice but you might want it, it's black in color. If, I can score some nice comfertable bucket seat's, then I'll part with the bench you see pictured.
I plan on keeping the gauges with tach for my 69.
Oh, I had back surgery last Feb. so if you want the 69's bench you gotta pull yourself while I drink a beer and make fun of you getting dirty, ha-ha.
Maybe you and JhonOro can stop by when I tow the 69 over and help me push it in place in my driveway? I might try and tow the 69 tomorrow.
We'll see.:uhmk:

I along with probably most of the people here might not mind City of Industry, but you need to post a few dates, time and on a Sat or Sun.

Well, my truck finally made it home:metal:. Vince here is the bench.
http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b3...o/House035.jpg
As, you can see, nothing special. I noticed a small tear/hole in the passenger side seat. The truck has been sitting for quite a while and the interior is a little musty:smoke:. You might want to come and give it the sniffer test. I think it will be o.k. once cleaned and aired out. You got my cell # Vince call me when you want to come check it out. I have tools just bring your truck in case you want it. Now, I'm off to do a project and build thread.
