Rob is kind of hard to do when there are so many idiot drivers here in Miami, would not want to have my bucket totalled by one of them. Plus I drive a demo from work with all expenses paid I rather risk the demo

Thats a sharp looking truck Al.
Driving Miami is not that bad, I lived there most of my life and still work there. Just got to learn how to spin them out and t-bone them into the Turnpike median.

Well Nate I got a got of van rallies with tires so I am going to put two van rallies in the front and I am swapping two of them with 70rs/ss for two truck 8 inch for the rear. I am not doing this permanet just to change the look every now and then specially the nights that I might feel a little cocky as I am going to mout some street slicks on them...

Nick bring that truck to Miami and I can definetly do something with it...don't you know blue is my favorite color even though both my toys are black...

James thank you for the great compliment on my bucket!!!!
I really appreciate it, stay tuned as I am actively looking for a 68 which I am going to buil badder and better than this one. I keep telling my self to forget it but I need something to do....reason why I am messing with wheels right now just to be tinkering with something..

You can rest assured that I will post some videos of some serious rolling bun outs. Definetly picts are a must.

That's true Rob great minds think alike.... What tires and what size are the ones mounted on those rallies. I definetly want something that sticks as I am going to do a few passes at the little 1/8th mile track near my house.

, They are Mickey Thompson's ET Street radials, 315 60 15, mounted on an 8" rim. Even with these on, my 68 still won't hook up with the 3.08 gears. I've got a 3.73 rear with a new Auburn posi in it that I'll be putting in in the next week or so. Hopefully that will do the trick, :metal:.

Uhmmm.... Increasing the ratio is only going to make that issue worse although spinning both tires will make a difference for sure. Sounds like some suspension tuning is in order.
