Ooops, almost forgot that I received another shipping notice from Dave at Porterbuilt, my sway bar should arrive in a week or so! Looks like the last shipment, the big one, should be here around the 3rd week in March. :metal:

Man, back in the early 90's I used to beat up the streets of P'Cola in a black slammed B2200 with a club called "Bump & Grind Minis" ... I had a lot of fun there.... Wonder of the club still exists since we are all in our 40s now. Lol the trucks lookin good! Keep da pics coming!

I remember that box! I had one sitting in my garage for a couple months, several months ago. If I can't wait to see you putting this together, I bet you're busting at the seams.

Re: Project: Shiro

I hear the guys at Porterbuilt are finishing up a run of rear kits which means my order is very near complete, so it won't be long and we'll have a garage full of dropmember parts. I love seeing the updates Nate shares on FB and IG! Great insight into the process, and who doesn't like seeing super sano welds and all the dropmember parts lined up, ready to box and ship. :metal:

Nate is certainly helping to make building a nice truck much easier for those of us who don't have or have access to good metal shaping skills. :metal:

I'm excited to say the least, I can't wait to have a mountain of boxes in my garage. UPS guy probably isn't going to be so happy on delivery day!

We are starting a another family project so the dis-assembly timeline is fluid right now, but I'll give you a shout when we are ready to pull this one apart. I think we can have it down to a bare frame in a day. ;)

Porterbuilt parts are on their way (thanks Nate and Dave!!), should be here Thursday evening. A new set of shoes are also headed our way from TNT-Motorsports (thanks Tommy!). I saw these on a truck on ebay and thought they would go contrast well with the white paint. We went with a 20x8.5 5.25bs for the front and a 20x9.5 5.5bs for the rear. We'll use Toyo ST II tires in 255/40-20 front and 295/40-20 rear. I ordered 1" narrowed control arms and I have a early (short) 12 bolt housing standing by if needed to tuck the rear to match. I'm stoked to say the least, just need to find the patience to stay the course. ;) Here is a pick of the inspiration and the wheel itself...
