I installed the Mar-K hidden latches. Drilling all the holes and cutting the slots was tricky. I made a wooded jig to position the 5/8” hole. I didn’t want the hole saw to wander. A couple of wedges and a C clamp held the jig in place.

More work on the circuit breaker panel. I made a cover out of Delrin to protect the copper bus bar. I didn’t want a tool to be able to short the battery to ground.

Re: Lss3
Just saw this build, 5 months since the last post, time for an update!!

Re: Lss3
You are absolutely right that I should do an update, but I haven't accomplished much lately. My goal is to get the electrical panel installed and the wiring hooked back up so I can start it again. Wish me luck.

For three Christmases in a row, I have gotten parts for the bed. First were new bed sides. The next year was the tailgate. This year I got wheel tubs from DAN CARPENTER'S SPECIALTIES. My wheels just barely fit without the tubs. They might rub going around corners. There would be no room for larger wheels without the addition of the tubs. The time to add tubs is before paint.

Those are some fancy tubs!

Added notches to the tailgate for the MarK stainless steel links. Before cutting, I added plug welds every 2 inches along the cut line since many of the original spot weld get removed by the notches.

Here is my electrical panel mounted to the radiator support. Things are a bit dusty.
