For the past couple of weeks I have been working on replacing the inner bottoms and re-skinning both doors, don't have alot of time to work on it so its taking forever. Will try to get some pics up this weekend. Also coated the inside of the doors with rust converter, then rust encapsulator, bedliner then finish them off with some Boom Mat. Hopefully they won't rust anytime soon and should sound solid when closing. |

Some Pics as promised. First one is of Passenger door after spraying boom mat on. I had already sprayed rust converter, rust encapsulator and bedliner before the boom mat. Now its ready for the skin to go on.
Next couple of pics are of the rust work on the Drivers side door. Replaced the inner door bottoms, fixed the rusted out upper hinge area and fixed the upper part of the door on the latch side. |

After much deliberating and numerous emails with Nate, I called up Jon at Porterbuilt Direct and ordered some tubular control arms, upper bag plates and 4 Slam Specialties SS7 bags. I don't plan to lay frame, just want it to be bagged with stock inner fenders and bed floor. Already have C-notch in frame.
I just want to thank Nate for putting up with all my nagging emails and helping me out with all my questions and also Jon for giving me a good deal on the whole package. Porterbuilts customer service is top notch and I will definitely be ordering from them again. One of the best companies I have dealt with. I'm so excited to get everything in. |

We need a smiley face for 'jealous' .. Keith, reading back through your build at the very first you mentioned "It seems I have been working on it a year and nothing's done but the frame" .. I cracked up.
Um, Nooo .. it's not. |
