Yes I still rebuild them. What parts to you and where did you get them. I've found that some parts do not fit.

Let me get the parts together, pictures and discuss. I'll PM with the details. Thanks

Roger,

Since you restore these regularly, you must have a source for the chrome (stainless?) sleeves that cover the upper part of the window channels. Could you either sell me a pair or refer me?

Thanks,
Gene Stephenson

Interested in a chrome set with clear glass. Have any available or know when you might?

I have chrome with tinted at this time. I just received 5 pair from the chrome platter and will be restoring them over the next several weeks.

Okay, I'm interested in clear glass with chrome so I'll take a set when you get them put together.

I buy used vent window assemblies and have them rechromed.

From 3 to 4 weeks. The chrome plater takes 2 to 3 weeks this time of year.

I made a mistake and bought oer reproduction vent wing windows and they leak and have a ton of wind noise. Do your restored wing windows have alot of wind noise. I know these windows were never perfect but mine are terrible. Thanks

We're had great success rebuilding them so they do not leak air or whistle. We inspect our cores for issues at tear down and any questionable pieces are discarded. The weatherstripping we use is the best I could find which results any a perfect fit. Over the year I have not received any negative feedback, just ask the members that have purchased them. I really believe you would like a set that I restore.

Sounds like you offer an excellent product. I'll keep that in mind as I progress in my restoration.

I've been using UPS. Usual runs $20.00-$30.00.
