I appreciate the understanding. Right now I have a couple very important rush jobs that I need to get done. I should be done with those in a couple more days.

The cable brackets that I have made are basically the same as on those '79-'85 Eldorado calipers you have. The issue is that on the '76-'78 calipers, with that extra nub, that moves the levers so close to the cable bracket, there isn't much room for movement of the lever.

I'll try and get a couple pics tomorrow of what I'm talking about.

I think that the '76-'78 Eldorado's must have had the cable brackets on the axle tube?

I can most likely stretch the brackets that I have currently made, and have some more laser cut. I'll have to take a look at it

Would one of these calipers work with your kit? It says 3121 is from a '76-'78 El Dorado

Here are a couple pics of what I have fabricated so far, and the small issue I discovered. Upon closer inspection it appears that at some point the caliper without the extra casting that lowers the lever, has had that extra nub cut off. That may be a quick solution to those of you that are waiting for these levers and cable brackets.

Brackets arrived!

No I just need a couple of hours to get to them..:lol:

I will take pics as I go this week installing them and noting how things go. I'm looking forward to it.

Just read all of your threads on the brackets. That was a lot of good information that would have taken me way longer to find out if I had to research it all my self. To bad you repeat your self frequently because people don't take the time to read. I will be buying the 6 lug brackets from you soon, as long as I don't swap out my 12 bolt on my 69 C10. Do you need them for the front or rear? In black or red? Do you have 1" rotors or 1.25" rotors?

Sorry but no I do not. I don't keep the powder coated ones in stock. In fact, right now I am out of one of the pieces for the D52's. I sold the last set yesterday. I do have more parts on order.

I should have my laser cutting by next Wednesday and hopefully have the powder coating by Friday. Whether you pay now or when the powder coating is done is up to you.

Right now all I have in stock is a set of powder coated D52 brackets. I will need to order some more laser cutting in the AM. I might be able to get that by the end of the week.

I do have some e-brake levers and cable brackets done and zinc plated, I just need to get some springs ordered.
