20-Gallon Fuel Cell•0-90 Ohm GM Fuel Level Sender Included
•(2) -08AN Male Outlets
•(1) -08AN Male Vent
•(1) -08AN Male Rollover Valve Fitting
•24" L x 20" W x 10" H

Would you use hard line,(Fuel & Transmission Cooler Line Coil •Galvanized Zinc ) 5/16"? 3/8"? or the Pro-Flo 350 Braided Hose ? And wat size diameter ?
is 08AN diameter OK ?

I'm interested to know the samething. I have some 3/8 Stainless steel but you need a certain flare to make the connections plus I have to bend everything. I kind of like Pro-Flo350 Braided Hose route! No Brainer doing it that way!

Still waiting on paint , so I just put another cab on so I could get
everything working ... So first thing I did wrong was blow up my tank by
not venting it , busted a weld , gas sprays out ... second I cant get my
steering right , it gets hung up wen u turn left or right and u have to jerk it
back , t I thought bad column but I had a new rebuilt one , so I put it in ,
same thing , not the column ... Any Ideas ???

Re: "Almost Heaven" 67 - swb- Lilly

There are a few different possibilities for why the steering could be hanging up.
Believe it or not the centerlink can be installed backwards and you won't realize it until later when you start having interference issues and tire scrub.
The other possibility is the steering box needs adjusted, it is made so that you can adjust the tightness of the gears inside, it sounds like yours is way too tight and you need to loosen it just slightly, now keep in mind that a little goes a long ways adjust it by 1/8 of a turn at a time, here is a link to a video so you can see how to do it.

Are you not going to use the bed in the photo? I'm looking for a fleet side shorty myself. If you are selling the one in the photo, send me a PM and some pics. Thanks

Can not get my hood lined up everyway I move it is wrong !!!

Passenger side is up high in front and wider gap on fender , crazy ???

Will the billet hinges solve my problem ? Any advice is appreciated...

Re: "Almost Heaven" 67 - swb- Lilly

Just found your build and subscribing. It's looking good with everything you're doing to it. As for the hood; something that long moves a long way with just a little bit of adjustment. For the side to side gap have you tried loosening one bolt (one bolt not one side) at a time on the hood to hinge bolts (not hinge to fender)? I'm sure you've done everything we're going to ask you but its hard to know since we're not there.

Re: "Almost Heaven" 67 - swb- Lilly

could even be in the core support side to side if the gap at the cowl is good... ? maybe

FOSTER21 01-15-2016 06:12 PM

Re: "Almost Heaven" 67 - swb- Lilly

That probably the best gap you'll get on the passenger side
