The trap is what is preventing the air from getting out of the system. If the air makes it back to the pump it has to go down through that V shaped hose you created. Apologize for saying "trap" so much. Just trying to make you understand. Hose from reservoir to pump needs to go downhill so air can escape as I previously stated and you seem to have seen in the what not to do post you made yourself.

A few of questions..
How do you have it routed, do you have a diagram? Do you have a cooler? What type of pump do you have. Sometimes hydroboost can take awhile to bleed out.. 20-30 times wont cut it.. i would triple that at least. |
