Yeah, looking back I agree. At the time i trusted it was a solid truck since I bough it from a "Reputable builder" here in Texas. Hindsight is 20/20.

I have had that happen to me before as well.... remember the advice: "if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself". Its tough to find an unhacked OBS these days. I have been looking for 6 months now. Regardless, your truck is dope as hell!

I've seen multiple super clean, low mileage OBS trucks sell recently across IG. It's hard to find a CHEAP unhacked OBS. You're going to have to be lucky or pay for an unmolested version.

Engine bay coming together. Slosh Tubz installed, needed to trim the passenger side a bit for the Sanden A/C Compressor. Now they are Cleaning up the core support and making the new mounts for the new radiator/fan combo.

The transcooler is also installed, waiting on the two relay kits from
BP Automotive to wire up the cooling system.

Thanks for looking. Cheers.

what made you go vintage air ? Fender well size ?

i considered this route, but the factory system worked great, and was easily rerouted with custom lines.

My factory A/C box was cracked and broken in some places, I started off buying the compressor and then realized I needed a new box so went this route. It was sort of a pain gathering the right parts for it but overall I think it was the right way to go.

Jose,

can you post the following 2 requests ???

1. what you interior AC controls are
2. what does your vintage air unit use or have for a heater control valve

i am trying to decide which direction i want to go for AC controls, try to mesh the stockers or replace with something new altogether
