Re: Parting out 1979 K20 Suburban
Once you get the seats out I’d still be interested in the harness I asked about. Even cut up

Re: Parting out 1979 K20 Suburban
Does it have a tach gauge cluster? If yes I'll like that.

I’d like to buy the wiper switch and the wiper control module that plugs into the switch.

This is the part I’m looking for. Used on trucks with intermittent wiper from 78-83. I’m hunting down a problem with my wipers and already replaced everything else. Wouldn’t mind have the switch also in case the one I bought from LMC is junk.

Re: Parting out 1979 K20 Suburban
Are you keeping the seats ? I'm looking for a rear-3rd row seat

Re: Parting out 1979 K20 Suburban
Engine stands? If they are the same fore BB/SB. I need them to convert my 69 K-10. Pics to confirm they are what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance.

Re: Parting out 1979 K20 Suburban
Many people on here have used the square body stands on 67-72, there is a write up in the FAQ's somewhere. That's what I want them for. No need to change the crossmember.

I have gotten some small stuff off this thing. The wiper switch and delay module look nice. No melted wires or hot spots. $45 shipped.

Re: Parting out 1979 K20 Suburban
I'll take the wiper switch if no one is ahead of me.

Re: Parting out 1979 K20 Suburban
Thank you for taking the time to grab a photo, but that is the wrong style. The stands I'm looking for resemble 72 only BB stands. Maybe i should be looking at 2wd. Thanks again.

Re: Parting out 1979 K20 Suburban
Do you have the engine pedestals? The ones that bolt to the frame and clam shell. For a sbc?

Re: Parting out 1979 K20 Suburban
Good afternoon sir,
I hope all is well in your world. In regards your square burban parts, are the second row seat belts still there, and are they the lap belt only version? I know at some point shoulder harnesses became available and if I had planned ahead before I installed the headliner in the WMB I would have made a provision for shoulder harness mounting , but I didnt. Thanks in advance. |
