I think you're looking at this all wrong Tim. That hat is absolutely amazing. It's scared the cold away for you. It deserves it's own special space on the shelf.

These warmer days get me to thinking about stretching the legs on my Corvette.

I did a nut and bolt frame off restoration on this Corvette a few years ago.

Does anybody have any idea how the hell I got all that stuff under that hood.

And it all works too, wiper door, wipers, headlight doors, all of it.

Yes, I was once married. My snoring was the reason she left. Ironically, soon as she left the snoring stopped. I take that as a sign it was never meant to be

That picture under the hood of your Vette brings this to my mind, "The true price you pay for your Corvette" haha... whether it's you who does the work or hired! Gotta love it. You know the old saying, "Nothing good comes easy". Or how about, "If it's worth having it's.......... Shut up? Ok

That looks really nice. Is it a Danchucks product?

Dead Penguins - I Never Knew This!

Did you ever wonder why there are no dead penguins on the ice in Antarctica ? Where do they go?
Wonder no more!!!!!!! It is a known fact that the penguin is a very ritualistic bird which lives an extremely ordered and complex life. The penguin is very committed to its family and will mate for life, as well as maintain a form of compassionate contact with its offspring throughout its life.

If a penguin is found dead on the ice surface, other members of the family and social circle have been known to dig holes in the ice, using their vestigial wings and beaks, until the hole is deep enough for the dead bird to be rolled into, and buried.

The male penguins then gather in a circle around the fresh grave and sing:

"Freeze a jolly good fellow."
"Freeze a jolly good fellow."

You really didn't believe that I know anything about penguins, did you?

Then you haven't been talking to me. Few weeks ago got a set of the silver hardtop seat buttons for my '57. The cheapo aluminum foil they used to make them silver peeled and fell off as I was taking them out of their packages.

Your posts are very informative and I appreciate what they teach. I had heard that song but never knew it's origin. I never understood what they meant by "freeze" and it all makes sense now. Thanks!
