It's great to see you guys and gals being able to get back to work on the truck. It's even more cool that she is his sister and is working on the truck. Plus the fact she does rust repair and painting. Pure awesomeness!

We found a 4wd 4l80e - so we didn’t have to cut down the 2wd
Used a 47-52 front crossmember

No need for a lift block between the spring and axle that way and less axle wrap.

14 bolt mocked up
After moving hangers - 03 springs gave us 3” of lift
With that and 2” easy rides in the front it should ride pretty good
