Ok so I don't know if anyone is actually following this build thread so..... Today I found a sweet deal on craigslist and I took It. But the question is who really wants to see what I got ahold of for dirt cheap?

Here it is....I know ive spent alot of money on this other cab but i found this one really cheap and i almost dont have to do anything to it....and plus the firewall is already shaved, drip rail is shaved, door handles are shaved and came with two sets of doors. one good set already on the truck( never been taken off) another set for internal parts, a new front windsheild, rear glass and a electric one piece window kit....only thing ive done so far is weld the transmission hump back in and clean the rest of the cab up and get it ready for rhino liner and primer....yay!!!

Re: My 68 swb build.

400 for the cab. I bought everything else from him because he was getting rid of it too. All for 1500. Not bad? Or did I screw myself?

The 1500 would have been a good price for the cab with that much custom work...much less 400....great steal of a deal! ;)

Re: My 68 swb build.

And did the 400 include the shaved doors? Is it all rust free? Super steal if so....

I got hit from the side at over 100 mph less than 3 miles from home. It hurt but probably not as bad as slicks. All my gear was shredded and helmet cracked in 6 spots. From what my brother said who was behind me and saw the whole thing I counter-steered left and he hit me from the side. I hit his front drivers door all the way down and ripped the bumper off and blew his tire out. I flew over the car face first into the asphalt and rolled, tumbled, & flipped over 250 ft. My guardian angel flew faster than I did that nite cause I got up and walked away with only road rash on my right knee and a few fingers where my gloves ripped. That pic is after the accident. I'll post one like slick did but u can't tell what mine is on the ground. Lol
