Re: Heisenberg
Holy rats nest! Looks like someone really hates wire ties/loom!

Re: Heisenberg
So many builds and only one camera , must have a lot of sim cards that means we need a lot of pics of this build.
|
Re: Heisenberg
Ya no kidding hey, I have a million pics on my phone. LOL
Well a nice little treat arrived. LS3 with all the bells and whistles. This thing is going to haull a$$ and get just a bit better milage than the blown big block. http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...berg/LS3-2.jpg |
Re: Heisenberg
Surrendering any details of this LS3? What are the specs of the bells and whistles?

"So with promises of a long walk on the beach he started on the first ever bolt on front end for 55-59 that will lay rocker to the ground and still ride and handle like a dream."
I just pissed myself like a nervous little puppy.:metal: Posted via Mobile Device |
Re: Heisenberg
Hey Del...as a new owner of a 59, when in tarnation are we going to see pics of the new porterbuilt stuff?
|
Re: Heisenberg
How's now sound? LOl. I'll get nate to chime in with details. This front clip is sooo slick and fits perfect.
http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...g/IMG_0479.jpg http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...g/IMG_0493.jpg There is also a gusseted frame support (not shown) that bolts to the inside of the frame where the clip attaches. Not that it needs it this thing is more solid than a welded Camaro clip in my opinion. http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p...g/IMG_0501.jpg |
Re: Heisenberg
Wow...that's looks cool. So for this kit you have to cut the frame and weld in new pieces?
|
Re: Heisenberg
That front suspension looks KILLER!!!
|
Re: Heisenberg
Wow. Very impressive
Since you guys got the first one made, guess I'm gonna have to place my order ASAP to get my hands on the second one.;) Posted via Mobile Device |
Re: Heisenberg
I think the "55-59 chevy truck suspension world" ,... just changed.
No more Mustang II stuff for these trucks. Looks amazing! I assume those are C10 arms and spindles? What backspacing on the wheels, is required to tuck inside the fenders? |
Re: Heisenberg
Awesome, I might just have to upgrade!!! Lets see more of the link system on the rear!!
|
Re: Heisenberg
Looks beautiful....Jim

Re: Heisenberg
Looks sweet.

Re: Heisenberg
No welding required on the front clip. It's 100% bolt on. :)
We will start spilling the beans here soon. The spindles, brakes, and arms are all C10 components. The actual crossmember assembly is a "Dropmember Touring" set up for those familiar with our C10 systems. Posted via Mobile Device |
Re: Heisenberg
it's beautiful guys. Will wait for pricing. Is there a short guy discount? :metal:

Re: Heisenberg
Where were these clips 12 months ago?:hh:

Re: Heisenberg
Damn...looks like ill be selling some trucks to git my dirty hands on this.
Theres a lot of guys out there ready for this. Yall better git to welding or us 55-59 guys are gonna go into a riot. BTW Wonder how long it will take for the copycats to come out? LOL. Posted via Mobile Device |
