They are going up every day!
$10k won't buy what it use to with these original paint/rust free beauties.

Yup guys, same thing over here in Ca. these stock clean SWB are getting even harder and harder to find, and yes the prices have really sky-rocketed, especially on the slant noses!!!
BTW Keith, I love your work!!!! Totally awesome! :chevy:

What does a truck like that go for? I always see guys building these really clean trucks be never see them for sale. Just curious on price of one of these unmolested trucks.

I paid $6700 for mine and it came from New Mexico ;) It still has a few rust spots but nothing compared to what I was looking at in PA :uhmk:

Looking forward to Tiffany! Hazel is a big favorite of mine. I kinda cringe to see such a low mileage beauty cut up but I know its for the greater good. ;)

Wow, it's only been about 18 hours from the first post and already on page 3. I can't wait to see this on this summer! You make me sick that you find all the nice trucks and then turn them into AMAZING trucks.

Great start on this one, Keith. I had a feeling it would not take you long to get back to another build!

This is what I thought, I paid $500 for mine and have been fixing rust for 3 1/2 years and i'm sick of it. If I could find a rust free SWB for the right price I would probably jump on it and sell whats left of mine  I have a frame waiting for it.

4 Attachment(s)
Got a few things done today...got the trans painted, pulled the front and rear glass out of the cab (going to paint the interior) installed the ball joints in the control arms and mounted on the frame, started putting the motor back together and now I'm waiting on gaskets.

Truck looks great buddy. You're moving quick as usual. It looks like it has a long way to go before CTC in October. BUT i know you will make it. Cant wait to drive the heck out of them again.

And i agree that original paint trucks have went outta site, but where else you going to get one.

That bright shiney orange motor looks even better up close, as fast as Keith moves Tiffany should be done soon.
