We will initially be using the bed floor and platform of the 01', but you will never tell w the bed sides and tailgate looking like a 67'. Also going to be going w a "show bed" done out in dark stained wood w black strips. Trust us, I'm so excited and can't wait myself, and yes my builder is pretty awesome. Hope to open up shop...

Can't wait myself, very excited bout it, and to hear such positive things pushes us even faster. I agree, BR is awesome, wouldn't want anyone else in his place. Great ideas and great craftsmanship. I'm proud and can't wait to see it come together. And the bed will be an 01' platform but completely skinned in 67' sheet metal. "Showbed" stained black a gloss black strips...

Would like to give a special thanks to Bryan Lin owner of Motorsports Authority (MSA) in Conway, Ar for wanting to take part in our build. He will be helping out getting venders involved and was responsible for creating the awesome rendering. We hope to get Rigid involved with custom lighting in the grille, American Force wheels, Magnacharger, Fesler tail lights, Magnaflow exhaust and maybe more. Michigan Metal Works are already involved in getting the custom suspension fabricated, big thanks to them for there set up. I'll will update with any other venders that decide to get involved.

Them welds look like they're pretty smooth. Are you going to have any body filler in them?

We will have do a little fiberglass work and least amount of filler as possible. There's no way around it...even the best body men out there use it, just don't show the work...but the panels are turning out real straight.

Re: Wild C10 project

Thanks for all the great comments! I try to do everything as smooth and perfect as possible. But I was taught a long time ago to put a little something over ur welds. I use everglass and seamseal the inside. I like extra protection! Lol. Then I skimcoat the whole panel. I hope everyone is enjoying seeing this build as much as I am doing it. I'm hoping I will be starting on the chop top next week after both doors r done.
