Hey BAM:

Are u going to widen the cab floor? I like the idea of putting the fuse box there. The only issue is coming up with a door that looks decent. Here is how Scott's Hot Rods did theirs.

Seeing that I have a fat fendered project now, am I allowed to come and help? Or I can bring, Kim, BC, Chevyresto, and a few others and we can sit back and watch the master at work.

I think we are on to something, we all travel to one guys shop, work like mad to finish that truck, then move to the next one and so on. the only trick is going to be how to explain it to my wife....

I just wanted to share my experience with Raptor Liner with you guys. Its my first time using this product and I must say I really like it. Its very easy to use and sprays great and was exactly what I was looking for. It dries fairly fast and looks good. I used it on the floor and the bottom of the toe board. It seams very durable so for people looking for something like this you can't beat it. I bought the 4 bottle kit, it comes with the hardener and the gun. I got mine on ebay.

I will also be spraying it on the interior floor.

Where is the box for the battery? Or is the battery attachment on the frame. And this is just a door.

Very nice work sir. I say post up the boring stuff as well. i've learned a ton of stuff from you on this build. The biggest is to not be afraid to hack into something and see what happens. Great build. Can't wait to see the final product and how you get there.

The sale it in tint able form. I did not know what color I was going to paint the truck at the time I bought the liner. If I had decided on paint at that time I would have bought the tint able one. Also I don't think it will fade from what I've been reading it holds up pretty well as a bed liner. Remember I only using it on the floor and toe board so it will not get any uv that will cause it fade.

Chevette yes its a shcutz gun. The kit works like this. It comes with the gun, 4 bottles of liner, and the hardener. You open a bottle and pour the hardener up to line on the bottle, shake it up, connect the gun to the bottleand shoot. Its as simple as that. I shot mine with the regulator set at 60 psi at the gun.
