I used Evercoat Glas-Lite reinforced filler for my initial bodywork...short strand fibreglass. Good stuff!!!;) You could build a Corvette out of it, and Ive had some stuck on the floor for about 5 years:lol:.

Wasnt jacking here 66stroker, just adding to the list of good Evercoat products.

Good luck with the arrival of the newby!!!!

After a few days in the hospital my boy came home yesterday. Minor complications but now he's healthy and happy. Check him out.

Thanks Aggie. It might be a while before I'm posting progress again but I'll still throw things out every now and then. For instance, did chevy engineers design in a place on the inner fender for tools and hardware? What other purpose could this indentation serve?

Great use for it, but it goes away, if you use the factory hood hinges. This is the sweep area for the hood hinge, but I like your idea. I doesn't work nearly as good with the hinges in place, especially if you leave a tool there and close the hood...ask me how I know.

Congrats on your new son. Hope mom and all are doing well. I remember bringing each of my 3 home and how overwhelmed I felt. Now my oldest is going to be 12 in a few months....

Re: Shrunken66Stroker's build thread.

Thanks for all the cigars guys. I'll be smokin' till he's 2. All is well with the family except the sleep situation. I do sleep but it's 30-45 minutes at a time and not between the hours of 2-5 am. I'll be zombiefied for the next 4-6 months till he gets on a sleep schedule. I'm not sure why I'm even awake right now. Goodnight.

We used to wake the kids up at 11pm, feed them, check there diaper, and put them back to bed. After a while they slept longer & longer until they slept through the night. It worked with both kids. Good luck. Hang in there sleepy head.

Re: Shrunken66Stroker's build thread.

We found that putting a little baby rice cereal in their forumula made a HUGE difference because the little bit of rice would stick to his stomach and he wouldn't wake up every 3-4 hours wanting food.

Of course I think he was uh....... 5 or 6 months old when we started doing it...

Well, I'm back in action...sort of. I don't have a lot of time these days but yesterday I had just enough to mock up my new booster/master and take a look. It feels good to work on the old truck after over a month.

Wow. Really nice brake set-up.

Better have tight tooth fillings when you slam on the binders in that truck.

Mac. :chevy:
