Both original fenders turned out nice. No rot or holes. Nice to have a truck that came from Arizona.

I wanted to try to use One Piece Products rear window, but it wouldn't fit right. When compared to my stock glass I could see that it was off slightly on the driver side. In order to use it I would have to tweak the window opening slightly. I'm debating.

Time to start shaving the drip rail. The plan is weld in a 1/4" dia piece of rod around the door.

The only major rust on the truck was the rear window channel. Really lucked out with this original sheet metal. This will need some repair.

Drilled some holes in the firewall for my master cylinder and steering column. If you notice there's only two holes for the master and they're not studs. I drilled the stock pedal mount and installed rivet nuts in two holes for the master. This way I can use button head screws for a cleaner mount. The other holes have studs on the back of the firewall for mounting into the bracket.
