I'm going down to place the order Friday morning, so all orders must be in by Thursday before 3:00PM PST if you want them to ship by next week.

No Chrome 20's yet, just 18's

That AE blog said the 20's would be the first ones out. I guess not.

The 20x8.5's will be fine for the front, if they address the "hub fitment issues".
The rear will need spacers.

Everyone is so "blinded" by the cheap price,... that they just forget all the other stuff.
Most people running Coys 20x10's have a choice of 5" or 5.5" backspace.
These wheels have a 6.225" backspace.

Get out your tape measures and check out your trucks for yourself.

I was wondering how long it would take for rear b/s questions to come up.

And this whole time, I thought the b/s offered was custom b/s up to 6.225...
I guess they would cost 700+ a rim if that were the case.

The good news is they're a direct bolt-on for your '00 GMC. :D

Wait, they don't fit the back without spacers either? Does this apply to the 73-87's I thought it was just the front that wouldn't fit.

Measure your truck and compare it with the offset of these wheels. Pre-'70 will almost certainly require a spacer. '71-87 rear ends are 3/4" wider on each side (1.5" total) and may not need a spacer, or may only require a thin one rather than the full adapter-style spacer. Only you can determine for sure if you'll need a spacer.

Everyone needs to be clear: the wheels were retooled for a hub fitment issue, not a backspacing problem. If the backspacing was wrong for your application before, it'll be wrong for your application now. Some people used spacers in the past as a workaround for the fitment issue with the front hub, not because it was needed for backspacing.

I can't run more than 5.50"BS on my 74. Anything more & it will rub the inner wheel tub/mounting hardware.

This is pretty much off-topic, but is there a thread anywhere that lists the different rear-end widths for the different years? I've searched the forums and Google with no success. Sure would be nice to have readily available.

I just had to get in on this thread. I can tell its going to be another 20 page thread. I'm going to try and order a set on thursday. I was trying to hold out until we could see a truck with the new wheels on. Does any one know for sure if there will be another order placed next week?

When I get my set I plan on running 245/40/18's on front and 295/35/18's on the rear. I would probly run about the same with the 20's aswell.

Those will be short. I would recommend a 245-45-18 (26" tall) & 295-40-20 (29" tall).

I sure hope someone posts some pics once they get their wheels. I'm curious how the 20x10s look with an adapter in place.
