Here it is sitting on the ground. I need to adjust the coilovers in the rear to get it to sit a little lower.

Wheel color choice is tough. I had white for a short time , too white, I'm gonna go black on my next one. Try 2 white 2 black (rattle can) , mount your tires , get your ride set , then send'em & powdercoat when you've decided. - then surprise us! , either way will be cool.

I like the color a lot....reminds me of Dusk blue on the 1st gen Camaros.

I just got a 68 step side. I'm planning on doing a similar build.
BTW, I live in Normal and get to P'field often, I'd like to check it out in person if your cool w that.

Same here. Close to normal and have a 68.

Little more info on my build. I finally started my truck for the first time last week. That felt good! I also had my late model bench seat reupholstered. I'm hoping to have this build wrapped up by early May. I think I did pretty good on time. I started my build December of 2014 so that's only a year and a half. Here's some pics of my seat.

I really really like this truck... the seat looks really nice.

What did you decide on the wheel color? I think the black with that blue paint job will be the bees knees.

I decided to go with the black wheel color. I'll be keeping the poverty caps, with a drag radial on the back of the truck.

I'm just doing the stock 15" steel wheels. The rear wheels have been widened though
