Re: My 1954 Chevy 3100 project
FWIW The square mirrors are available from O'Reilly ($9) and off Epay (4.99). I needed to add a simple flat 1" extension to the Pass side arm to run them Horizontally.

Re: My 1954 Chevy 3100 project
Just finished reading your build... really, really like what you did. I have a stock '49 that I'd like to take in this direction. There are a LOT of options on how to build these trucks! I'm kinda leaning toward the stock frame, Mustang 2, rear leafs like yours. Can I ask a couple questions?
- what hanging pedals and master cylinder setup is that? - what rear leafs are you using? |

Crappy pics, but took it to its first car show today on Thanksgiving, grabbed lots of attention! That’s my boss’s 67 Vette next to it. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Haven't been on here for four years, but I'm glad I revisited today. Enjoyed your build very much. You have a tremendous amount of energy and stamina to put this together in the time frame. You will never starve. Keep on building!

I spent some time today to make cup holders. I wanted to do something that I have ever seen before.. I bought some oil nos ac delco oil filters, gutted them and turned them into cup holders. I also want to make it so I can take them out of the truck to clean or, just get out of the way if I wanted to lay on the floor to work under the dash... so I made it so they can be removed in seconds without any tools. The pictures do make them look nearly as good as they do in person to the point where I almost didn’t want to share but I’ll post them anyway.

Re: My 1954 Chevy 3100 project
Nice, even turned my laptop on its side to take a good look. Sideways and upside down pics seem the norm on this site so no big deal.
