What lift do you have on that reg cab, tires and spacers

4" Tuff Country leafs up front with ORD extended greasable shackles, rear has 2" blocks I think, they were in there when I got the truck, not sure if factory or not, but they do have bumpstop pads on the side. Tires are 315/75R16 Kumho MT KL71, and it has 2.5" spacers between the duals in the rear and 1.5" spacers up front. The 1.5" spacers used to be on the rear when I had 285/75R16, but they weren't wide enough for the 315s so I moved them up front for a wider stance.

I have been curious what kind of hitch is on that truck for a while. I like the round tube look on it.

I have no idea on the hitch, it was from something else, cut down for the narrower frame rails and rewelded. It was that way when I got the truck.

A couple of months ago I run across this truck. This used to be one of dad's old work truck back around 1980 or 1981.Gas mileage was around 7 or 8 mpg, but a guy we were rebuilding houses for give us a gas allowance every week. So no big deal. I thought it had gone to china years ago.

Well i think it came out somewhere between 6-8in lift. I have 4in 52's up front with DIYB52's. That combo has been said to be about 6. Rear has a shackle flip but the stock springs are giving it a bad shackle angle and really flatten out in the rear. I have some 6" springs coming to replace them, then just work on height with the shackle. I do need some rear brackets to swap out the shackle flip with since I cut holes in the stock ones.

Anyone have some stock rear/rear leafspring shackle brackets??
must be from 1ton

I was going to say 8"... Every 52" front conversion I've seen with stock springs nets 4" up front, so I would say 4" 52s and B52 would net 8". That, and it just appears to be about 4" higher than mine with just 4" springs up front.

As far as the rear, did you move your hangers forward to correct the shackle angle? The old hacked hanger method gives some horrible shackle angles by itself.
